I had a 3-way the other day
and it was delicious!

Well, ok, so what I had actually had diced onions instead of the cheese...but it was still really good. I have some vegan cheese at home now, so I think I'm going to have a 4-way later this week....

1. Did you go to Skyline or Gold Star?
Those restaurants or very popular around southwest Ohio. You can get anything from burritos to coneys to 5 ways there. I usually get a couple of cheese coneys and a medium 5 way (pasta, chili, cheese, onions, and beans) washed down with a large sweet tea. It's enough calories for the entire day so I don't eat there too often.

3. it was a home-made one
I'm nowhere near Cincinnati, and I used vegetarian chili, so I'm sure it was far from authentic. It really was good, though.

I also like home-made Frito pies. I'm all about re-creating the least-healthy meals possible in vegan form. :D

2. How is Vegan cheese?
I love cheese, but can no longer eat dairy products, so I've just done without.

Please let me know.

4. depends on the brand
This stuff is pretty good: http://www.followyourheart.com/cheese.php

None of it really tastes very much like real cheese until you cook it in something, but some of the newer stuff definitely melts well and tastes good. Worth a try if you really miss cheese.

5. I'll check into it!
Thanks! :hi:

Soy milk doesn't really taste like milk, but it is pretty damn good, so I suspect this will be worth a shot!
