My father (who is divorcing my mom after 40 years) told me the other day that he was unsure on his wedding day. Not nervous, but unsure. It's his belief that too many people are just like him. Too many people are too afraid to wait...fearing they'll grow old. On my wedding day, I was filled with surety and happiness. On bad days, days when we don't get along, I remember my wedding day and how I felt then. It works. :hug:
