The actual sleeping pillows are fine, but not impressive. The 8 throw pillows on the bed are supposed to make up for it, I guess.

Here's a story.

Years ago, I was catching a redeye from the west to the east coast. I bumped into a guy from my work on the same flight who was busy stuffing a huge duffel bag into the overhead compartment.

"Hey, (Mark), I didn't know you're going to NYC. Looks like you're staying for a while."

(Mark) said, "Actually, can you keep a secret? I'm staying at the (fancy hotel) and the pillows there are amazing. So I packed my own pillows, and I'm gonna pull a switch."
