Does anyone here drink Rooibos?
The past few months I've been on this tea binge and got a free sample of this Rooibos Vanilla. ???? Never heard of Rooibos (pronounced ROY-BOs) and wasn't sure that I would get into it. Then I open the package and was hit with a very pleasant blast of vanilla, it smelled really good! So I tried it and it tasted as good as it smelled! :9 Now I'm hooked on it and like to drink a cup before bed. :boring:

Anyone else like it?

2. I enjoy it.
My parents buy it, so I get it on breaks from school.

3. I LOVE the stuff
I don't like the flavored varieties, I just drink the plain stuff ordered from Upton Tea. I also recommend the Honeybush and Green Honeybush (unfermented) teas, they're a bit similar to the Rooibos. With the plain teas you can steep for 10 minutes or more to get a really flavorful cup. The only bagged brand I've found that's decent is Numi, if you can't find it make sure you order the loose leaf stuff.

My 2.5 year old is a big rooibos fan too, we have cups of tea together :)

5. Kick for the morning crowd...
It is said that Rooibos aids in sound sleep, and I mentioned in my OP that I enjoy a cup of Rooibos before bed because it doesn't have caffeine. Well, I'm here to endorse that claim - I slept like a baby last night.

:boring::boring::boring::boring::boring:

Check it out people!

6. Orange rooibus
Our grocery store's brand is really good. I'm trying to replace half the coffee I drink with it.

7. I do
Rooibos comes from South Africa, and when translated, means Red Bush.

Many allergic babies thrive on it, not the flavoured kind though.
