this was supposed to be a marriage of two themes:

1. "If a tree falls in the forest, and no-one hears it, does it make a sound ?" and

2. The wife/partner/SO ALWAYS wins the argument (or is always right) - the next thing the husband says is the start of a new argument. Sexist, yes - but women ARE the smarter sex.......
