I hope you had a good day yesterday and it wasn't too stressful for you. It was a busy day for me, which made it go by a lot faster, so I was glad about that! :bounce:

I've finally gotten a couple of videos on my iPod now! Two from Google Video and two from iTunes! The picture quality on those little things is amazing, let me just tell ya! I still haven't decided whether or not to buy software to put DVD's on it, though.

I got two new C.D.s yesterday, and they're already on my M.P.3 - the first (currently playing) is music for Holy Week (i.e., the week before Easter) from the then Royal Portugese Chapel at Braganza, 16th century for the most part; the other (which I'll listen to afterwards) is Orlando Lassus (similar time-period) Missa Osculetur Me, which translates as "Kiss Me Mass".

I have to listen to it nearly constantly for a few days so that I know the music inside-out - this is especially the case if it's a piece I already have in another recording because each set of performers will make it slightly different and I have to get used to their idiosyncrasies. The realtor told us the other day that they usually hear pretty quickly if it's NOT going to be OK. It's just that they keep telling him "tomorrow" and then tomorrow comes and it's "tomorrow" again. And we just got the lease for the house to sign. We're going to be up such a creek if this doesn't work out.

Well, I suppose it depends on how much space a video takes up. Mine doesn't hold videos, but I was able to put my entire music collection and buy a bunch of albums from iTunes, and I still have about half left. (And I have a LOT of CDs!) Mine is a 20GB one. They're the best little toys. :D

and $29.99 doesn't sound too bad until you figure out that everything else you want need is also $29.99 or more. :rofl: On eBay, if you can find more than one thing from the same seller, you can usually get a discount on shipping. That makes it REALLY cheap. I couldn't get a better deal on the speakers than newegg, though. And I went directly to iSkin for my skin ... mostly because the one I wanted wasn't offered on eBay yet.
