Rain in Central Florida - 4th time this year! Happy plants today!

1. It has been really dry around here

Had a little mist, but looks like the sun is coming out now. Not much help.

2. Yep - the sun is out. I got into seeds this year. Have tons of little

seedlings ready to plant, but absolutely refuse to add to my yard chores. The seedlings are in one little place. They won't be close together once planted. I have to spend 30 minutes a day watering the veggie garden. My poor fruit trees get a lot less attention because it takes so long to water them by hand with a hose.

We had a watering system put in, but my dad ran over most of the hoses with the lawn mower.

3. I don't have much of a yard anymore

but when I did, I used to put the hose on just a little drip by the trees and leave it there for awhile. Plants can take up a huge amount of time. I used to love my roses - but talking about work! Got so tired of fighting bugs that I never dared plant veggies.
