What are you doing after work?
Another picture-perfect day. I'm going cycling.

I get off at 4. My bike's in the car and I brought my gear with me. I love spring. I finally feel alive again.

2. Work?
:P

It's a beautiful day here too. I took a brisk 2.5-mile walk for the first thirty minutes my son was in preschool this morning, then walked with the class to the public library.

7. going to the gym
My son has just thrown me a major curve ball, and right now I feel like curling up into a ball and crying, but I know that no matter how indignant, idiotic and short-sighted my son is, I need to take care of myself.

Sometimes I have to force myself to go, but I always feel great after I work out. :) Today is so gray and cold that I'm looking forward to it!

10. Making a record.
My band's breaking up at the end of May, so we booked a few days of studio time to get a (hopefully) decent-sounding version of everything we've ever written down on tape. We start this evening.

22. Yeah, it's tinny.
We're shooting for bigger sonic 'nads this time. Same guy recording it, but in a *much* better room. And more overdub tracks if we can sync up a borrowed ADAT.

27. You should never carry your SS card with you
And I would cancel the credit card now. It'll only take a week or so to send you a new one, but you have to report it ASAP to get charges waived.

That really sucks.
