My doggie kept his mommie up all night...
and now that I have given in and gotten up, he is curled up right next to me snoring away,

He has been with his grannie ever since my new fridge was delivered, so maybe he is just getting used to home again. Ah well. I guess I'll just go to the gym if I don't fell like I can fall back asleep anytime soon.

1. Oh! I thought that was the title to an old blues tune. My mistake.
I'm sure he was exited to see you again.

3. Honey, THAT ship sailed a LONG time ago...
when he first showed up at my door (aftermath of Hurricane Isabel, I swore I wouldn't so much as touch that dog (I was a strict cat person up until then). Well, Sparky has other plans...and now he sleeps with me (although his moving to the floor ALL DAMN NGHT LONG is why I haven't had sleep. I am wondering where my mother made him sleep...he might have a brand new complex.

Anyway, once I broke out the laptop, he just followed his tail for a turn, plopped down and has been calm since,

crazy.

6. ha ha...
I was going to scold him for his poor behavior, but he rolled over onto his back and started wiggling like it was time for mommie to scratch his belly. It was sooooooooo cute that I just started laughing. I can't stay mad at my little boy; he's just too funny. :)

7. he needed something...
he won't jump up on my bed now unless I invite him (and I worked pretty hard to get him out of that because it can be inconvenient in the middle of the night. Since he has reverted back to that (good) habbit, he would become anxious whenI didn't invite him b/c I was sleeping. So he would begin to scratch his back on the edge of my bed until I would wake, and this continued all night long.

It is 9:30 and I am still in my pj's.

8. lol -- my old boy
i miss him so much -- would start out on my bed -- until he would get too hot.

and then he would jump down.

well he was 80 lbs -- it felt like an earthquake.

or his other favorite trick was if he had to go potty in the night was to BANG against the side of the bed -- oy -- i would sit up with a bolt!

well -- what are ya gonna do?

just like people they every kinda quirk you can think of.

9. LOL!! Earthquake...
mine only weighs 23 lbs (and the vet said she thjinks he is a bit heavy for his pint size) but I can't help giving him too many treats. When we got him, he was so obviously abused...to this day, he hates bikes (I think some neighborhood kids might have hurt him when he was a puppy.) I just give him all the love I can. In fact, my entire family just adores him.

If I ever figure out how to post pics, I'll show him to you.

i have to drool over everybody elses dog right now.

i take care of my elderly parents full time for right now -- so i can't have a dog.

and i am addicted to dogs.

i have never ever met a dog i didn't like -- even the ''bad'' ones.
