:grr: :argh:

Who decided that Oasis was an appropriate thing to play at the grocery store at 10:30 at night? It's been in my head all night and all morning.

1. Don't feel bad.
I had a combination of "Girls Girls Girls" and "Who Says You Can't Go Home" last night. Yes, a Bon Motley two-fer. And did I mention I woke up yesterday with a Toni Braxton earworm? Not a good day.

Mutant Enemy, indeed...

Wouldn't like to get my love caught in the slamming door.

I woke up at FOUR AM with PAULA FUCKING ABDUL in my head.

Didn't get back to sleep, really.

I didn't go to bed until crazy late, woke up at 6, and Oasis hasn't left...

Oh, and on edit: I've had "The Man They Call Jayne" in my head, too, only it's been "The Man They Call Swag."

7. Try Talk Talk circa 1984 - "It's My Life"

And no, not the shitty No Doubt version. But still annoying to have synth pop in one's head.

(I actually really like the song. :hide: I have to exorcise it from any playlist of mine before friends come over. They wouldn't understand.)

8. ha - we had an oasis moment yesterday
We were watching a cool travel show on the iMax channel with progspawn. When they cut to a commercial for an Oasis concert broadcast, progspawn got a pained look on his face and said: "I think it might be time for a nap."

I have that reaction to Oasis as well. :)

11. YAY!!!
Lucky you!:bounce:

Hopefully this will erase the opinion of one Sheryl Crow (and I don't recall EVER caring what Sheryl Crow thought about ANYTHING ) that every day is, indeed, a winding road. :banghead:
