As good as I am at football picks... |
|
I am inversely as good at fantasy baseball x(
Funny thing is, I think I know more about baseball than football.

I am far more pleased with them than the version that was floating around the internet for awhile. I am not sure about the purple pants for road games though.

3. Yeah, I'm not sure about that either. |
|
Other than that, they seem fine, though. I'll get used to it.
My husband wants a new jersey now. He just CAN'T be out of date on his football fashion! :eyes:

5. Hey now - football fashion keeps me employed! |
|
If they didn't periodically change the jerseys, how could we continue selling them for $75 a pop (for the replicas, no less! An authentic Vikings jersey will run ya about $230)?

6. And $54 for the kids' ones. |
|
Sorry to say, it's outrageous! However, my husband insists the children be outfitted also.

7. I know it is. You can get them cheaper at big box stores |
|
but they will be of marginal quality. The NFL authorizes a simpler, cheaper jersey for the big retailers to sell so they don't have to compete with specialty stores.
The best thing to do is buy during the offseason. We run all of our NFL replicas at $39.99 Jan-June!

9. If we had a location in Minnesota, |
|
I'd hook ya'll up!
We got something really cool this year for cold-weather teams - it's the replica jersey sewn on the OUTSIDE of a heavyweight hooded sweatshirt.
Of course, you could just buy your jersey a size bigger and use your own sweatshirt but sshhhhh!

10. Well, I'm not even in Minnesota. |
|
:D
I've been transpanted elsewhere for the time being. But we get home about once a year.

11. OH sorry! The remark about the official Vike store |
|
made me think you were there now.
I'm a diehard Jets fan and I live in Florida now. Luckily I have a brother with season tix! I get to go to one game a year!
