Hubby will be 60 this year, and I would like to do something special. Last year he had a major heart attack on the eve of his 59th birthday, so jokes about being over the hill, tombstone cakes, etc. probably are not a great idea. Suggestions?

Even if it's just a weekend thing, having a little time by yourselves to go someplace pretty is always a nice way for a couple to celebrate.
