Ok Colbert at the correspenents dinner was hilarious |
|
Especially loved the moment where Helen Thomas is going after him all over DC and then later gets him in New York. Oh god Colbert is up there as one of the better satrists of our times. It's been great to ese him come on to his own.

3. Yeah that was rather funny. |

My favorite part was when he said: "this administration is not sinking, this administration is soaring! If anything, they are rearranging the deck chairs on the Hindenburg!" -BURN!

Did you see his interview on 60 mins on sunday? I thought it was impressive. It's sad he lost his dad at such a young age really. They showed one of my favorite all time things on the Colbert Report when he put the orange peel in his mouth ala Brando in the Godfather and starting acting like a Gorilla then had the heart attack. Was that too much? yeah.

11. God, that part in the beginning where he says |
|
"I feel like I'm dreaming. Somebody pinch me. Actually, I'm a pretty sound sleeper--somebody shoot me in the face."
Jesus. That made me squirm. Brilliantly executed though.
