Comfort food...

On tonight's menu: Baked beans with bacon, onions and ground beef; fresh mixed vegetables; homemade cinnamon raisin bread.

The raisin bread is in the oven now. The smell is making me very hungry.

1. I had tuna casserole made with clam chowder instead of

mushroom soup.:9

2. I'm baking banana bread tomorrow.

I had to wait to let the bananas get nice and soft before using them.
A cup of coffee and some delicious banana bread.... yummy!

For Sunday dinner, I made oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes,gravy, and buttered peas. I hadn't had that meal in a LONG time.
