I love Nine Inch Nails....
They auctioned 1000 seats for every show during their last tour and gave the proceeds to the Innocence Project, an organization that works to clear innocent Death Row Inmates. I have been perusing this month's Rolling Stone. There's some GREAT STUFF in this issue, including a great interview with Eddie Vedder.

1. That's awesome! I saw them when they came to Tampa
and it was a great show. I love it when artists give back like that. On every tour date last time around, the Beastie Boys put $1 from every ticket proceed towards a local charity.

4. That's cool...but just $1?
Those seats were probably $25-$300. They had to have been able to afford more than that.

3. They are coming to VA
and I so want to see them . . but don't think it'll be a possible scenario. All well . . . maybe I'll be able to.

That's cool about their donations to the Innocence Project all the same. I l ike hearing stuff like that.

5. i've been to 5 shows
including a surprise club appearance for The Downward Spiral CD release party back in 94.
I went to an after party that year too and got to hang with the band.
