So here's a rumor I heard about Denver

Take it for what it's worth. The city has a number you can call up if you breakdown on the highway, like if you need a jump. If you're out of gas, they'll give you a gallon. So the story is that there are people who are starting to run out on purpose to get free gas.

'Course, I also heard that Mikey from the Life Cereal commercials was dead.
