I just took my first allergy med of the year.

All the pills I've seen had dairy in 'em or gelatin on the outside or some other issue, while I have yet to find a liquid that didn't have some sort of animal product in it either.

Sucks, 'cause I've been miserable with allergies since a few days after it finally stopped raining.

I've been using it for the year, and have found it quite helpful.

Prior to that, I was using a homeopathic remedy that was brilliant, except the company discontinued it. x(
