Observations Of My Office Gym
yes, my office building has a gym. i've never actually been IN there but it has a glass wall so I can CLEARLY see in on my way out to smoke.

i see different people in there at different times of the day. sitting.

all of them sitting. sitting and sweating. like they are resting or something. occasionally one will be standing in front of the full length mirror - staring.

this gym has a lot of torture machines in it but i never see them in use. just people sitting or staring - and sweating.

i sit in my office all day. i don't know why i would want to go into the gym to sit, and stare.

so there you have it. Matcom's observations regarding his office gym.

wierd i tells ya.

2. I liked it when I had free access to a raquetball court.
Now mind you, I don't really know how to play raquetball. That didn't stop us though. Three of us would go down to the fitness center and check out some raquets. No rules. No score. We just played our asses off like idiots until somebody got hurt. It wasn't over until there was an injury dammit. After an hour and a half, somebody would be trying to get an injury just so it would end. It was fun as hell and the people that were all "serious" and "good" and "shit" hated us. They hated us for being idiots hogging the court, but there was no time limit. Muwhaahhaaha! Even if someone didn't have to get hurt to end the game, I'm sure they were wishing pain upon us.

3. Lose weight without diet or excercise...kinda leaves illness doesn't it?
Anyway this seems like the best place to offer the following
