Left side (inside portion) of my right knee. The pain is when I squat down on it and it's stiff and sore when I've been sitting in a chair a while. But when I go for a walk the pain almost entirely goes away likewise it's fine when I get up out of bed in the morning. Extended sitting (like at a computer) seems to be the thing that really aggravates it. Popping a couple of Tylenol (generic) before bed also helps but I'm trying not to make that a habit.
This has been going on for a couple of months and I guess maybe started with only some mild stiffness, i.e. there was never a fall or traumatic event I could point to as a cause. The only thing I could come up with was I'd gotten some new shoes about that time and maybe they were a fraction different in height or something. But I've not worn those in weeks and it doesn't seem to have really helped.
