Making iced coffee....

I find that just brewing up a pot and then adding ice makes the coffee a bit watered down, so here's my method.

1) Make a strong pot of coffee.
2) Pour hot coffee into heat-resistant jars (like mason jars)
3) Close jars and refrigerate
4) Pour over ice, add a splash of Kahlua, enjoy.

1. Generally, iced coffee is brewed double strength.

When you fill the glass with ice, it comes out perfect. I'm a coffee freak.

2. I tend to just stick it in a plastic bottle and add a shit-ton of sugar.
