hey, GoG - one of my sisters is a senior research scientist with a non profit and she said that two of the best environmental activist groups are the NRDC (whom I interned for while in law school) and the World Wildlife Fund.

I've often wondered about WWF. They've been around for a long time.

I've been happy to give money to NRDC. I don't think I can deduct my gifts to them, since they lobby; but it seems like they've been so effective...even through the rethug occupation. It's good to hear from someone who saw the organization on the inside! :yourock:
