Why I am leaving my current job, number 2,417:
Me, at about 2:40 this afternoon (the day ends at 5:30)

"I'm going home for the rest of the day. I'm not well."

Boss:

blank stare of death

"You're kidding."

You know what? You can bloody well go fuck yourself. You can't abide my absence for less than three hours? When I know you're leaving at 3:30 yourself?

I weep for my replacement.

May 31 can't come fast enough.

1. I hate that. My coworkers act like the world will stop w/o me.

Haven't seen you around. Did you get a new job? Closer to home?
