Dog owners.. What do you put in your Kongs? |
|
I just bought a few and have been giving them to my attention crazed dogs so I can take a break once a day. So far I've tried peanut butter and kibble, but the best so far is 1/2 a Fig Newton. It lasts about an hour. What else can I try?

2. Something they can't get out so easily |
|
like a biscuit/Milk Bone. You could also try Cheerios. Dogs will kill for them, and it takes a while of rolling a Kong around to get them all out.
Okay, and lastly, and you didn't get this from me...
Meaty Bone...those treats? Perfect size to break in half and cram in there. They don't come out easily. Takes a lot of manipulation to get the entire treat out.

3. Put peanut butter in and freeze it. |

Then it's like a little doggie freezie pop. :9
