Since we all know that the 2006/8/10/etc. elections might be fraudulent, I propose a new way of determining who wins.
Instead of American vs. National League in the All-Star game, I say we make it blue vs. red states. We can use this map:
Most people know enough about baseball to understand how it's played, so there's transparency for you. Baseball is a fair game. There's your fairness.
Now all that's left is to pick a team.
The ground rules:
- 15 players to a team, every position has to be covered
- Players must be selected from a team that makes its home in a blue state. The Nationals can be either red or blue. Players playing for the Blue Jays are red or blue based on where they played previously.
DISCUSS.
