What's the history of sex threads in the Lounge? Was that a rule from the start, or was it something that got out of hand, so a rule had to be imposed?

I think the admins have hidden all of the locked and deleted threads. I don't know if you could google the cached threads, but there would be a brazilian threads you would have to sort through!

If there was a flurry of sex threads, then a rule imposed, or were they banned from the start? Was there a free-spirited time, long ago in the dark ages of the early 2000's?

We were all at fault (I myself pissed off Skinner royally by kicking off a slew of threads about Aiken Co. (SC) Sheriff Mike Hunt) but my recollection is that it was mainly one person, since banned.

12. It was getting out of hand, but then again

at the time of the second warning, 11/17/04, we had just had the mis-election of 2004, and alot of people were taking it out by posting those types of messages. The first warning was before I began posting here.

6. Unfortunately I wasn't around in those days.

I did read the cover page for the Top-10 and the articals back then, but didn't really have the interest in the discussion boards.

I had bookmarked a thread started by GreatAuntoftriplets last year, with the link. Seeing as how a lot of the folks in those original threads are still around, it was really neat. Though the posts from Sept. 11 that year brought back some very sad memories.
