3. Damn nice job!
You get to insult and berate dozens of people on a weekly basis, and get paid the big bucks to do so. Hell, for half that money I would insult and berate twice the number of people Simon does, and I'm damn good at it when pressed.

My snark was misplaced. I think it's a sad indictment of our society and its misplaced values when this guy can make $30+MM producing crap. Just my opinion, though.

He is a producer and creator of a phenomenonally successful show. Compared to the revenues it makes I'm sure that is just a fraction. It makes sense to me.
