Apple folk, how do you handle this problem?

I drive a truck driver and am on the road pretty much constantly. I need better access to the internet ... so I can maintain my star status here at DU. ;^)

Right now I subscribe to a service that is only available at one particular truckstop chain. Way less than ideal. I've run into a couple of drivers who use their cellphones to access the internet, but they don't use Apple computers, of course. I don't know, but I imagine they use this kind of set up (link above). My i-Book doesn't have a slot to accommodate the card.

Can anyone help? How can I access the internet better?

2. I'm not sure what you're asking...can't you just use your iBook's wifi?

It is built in. Unless you didn't get that option, but you can certainly take it to the store and have it added. I'm pretty sure that's how it works. But I could be wrong.

There are tons of WiFi providers out there now. Not the least expensive solution, I know.
