Gawd, why do people do this? Naturally full lips also have a natural shape. You can put only so much collagen into thin lips before they lose their shape entirely -- which is no improvement at all.

If you don't have the basic facial proportions that go with high cheekbones, cheek implants will just make you look like the victim of some kind of face-distorting injury.

Oh, and I'd have sworn that the one in the first two photos was a man.
