1. Yes.
When is he going to run for president? And when is he going to do another guest appearance on "The Daily Show" or "The Colbert Report?" :D

3. I did...
ask him. "Was he going to run for Wellstone's seat." He said he's considering it.

Hopefully he will... I don't want that idiot Norm Coleman occupying Wellstone's seat. Al Franken's worthy enough! He also quoted Wellstone a couple of times.

I dunno about prez, but I sure hope he runs for Senate (in MN). I did not know he was on the Daily Show!

4. I met him at...
The Kahler Hotel's ballroom, it was called "An Evening With Al Franken" and it was sponsored by the MN DFL. I thought I talked to him quite a bit considering how many people wanted to meet him. He let me take a picture with him and he signed my book, "To S...... love Al Franken" I jokingly said that I'd tear up a picture of the Pope (as that was my namesake) and he laughed and took it in stride and said, "You know we didn't know she'd do that."

6. He was quite shocked...
At how well I spoke for a person of my disability (deafness). We had a wee bit of convo, and he asked me where I went to university, etc. He is a very gracious guy and gave a wonderful speech at dinner.
