Wow, being a nice guy paid off tonight.
Met this girl at the pub and had some good conversations with her, I was interested. But I was pissed because I couldn't get next to her at our table, there was always some act of god in the way. She also had all these other guys all over here, hitting on her and touching her and all that shit... she didn't seem to mind, so I figured, fuck if that's what she wants, I'm out cause that ain't my style.
So, between guys and their meathooks on her we managed to talk on occasion, but I sat back and ignored when she was being assaulted by the drunken lechers.
Then at the end of the night I decided, "Fuck it I'm gonna ask her out and see what she says." Then, when we finally get next to each other, some creep that was talking to her before comes and starts taking up her time and touching her and all that shit.
She didn't seem to mind and I again thought I had no chance cause she appeared to like him, but I decided to gut it out (Even though I wanted to leave, it was late).
Then she breaks away from el-creepo and sits next to me and says, "This guy's really trying but he has no chance." I asked her why she was being such a good sport about his busy hands and she just said, "Hey, I don't wanna be a bitch." Then she goes on about how she appreciated me not pawing at her and stuff and said she liked me ten times more than this other guy.
So, I asked her out and presto, we have a date next week.

Wow, it actually CAN pay off when you're not a walking hard-on.

So, nice guys, we won one tonight.
