1. What SHOULD you be doing right now?

Exactly what I am doing. Today was proclaimed "Being Lazy Day." I am being lazy in celebration.

2. Did you get drunk on your 21st birthday?

I was in college in Missoula at the time. I ate a bunch of psilocybin mushrooms, then my friend John took me out for dinner, and the drugs really started kicking in. We moved on to this bar called the Top Hat (which still exists) where this band called the Lost Highway Band was sort of the house band. They were kind of hippie, kind of bluesy, and part of them wanted to be the Band. I ran into some of the other local people who considered themselves the punk rock people in town, this guy Randy who was very drunk and energetic, waving his spikes around and yelling all sorts of shit (the mushrooms had me laughing hysterically at everything he said, as much as my friends Debbie and Amy tried to shush me, fearing that my laughter would be insulting to drunk, ranting Randy), this guy Jeff from Big Sandy who later went on to big fame in a band that's still around (they have one of those bleating singers, a guy who always sings flat and passionately about important subjects), and a couple other guys and girls. Everything was very vivid, colorful, and quite funny from the mushrooms, particularly Randy's strident ranting. Randy hectored the Lost Highway Band guys so much that they agreed to let us all get up on the stage and plays some songs during their break. I was game for everything, so I grabbled the guitar, Randy grabbed the microphone, Jeff took the bass, and whoever was drumming in Jeff's shitty hardcore band at the time sat at the drums. The only song we could all remember that night was "No Fun" by the Stooges, so we played that. The regulars really hated our performance, so it was a lot of fun. Fortunately all the Harley boys were over at Luke's, so we didn't get hauled out back and pounded. I left the stage after one song and sat down to hallucinate some more and talk to other friends. Randy and the other guys toughed it out for a couple more shitty songs, but it was eventually just drunk Randy up there, ranting at the hippies into the microphone. He finally tumbled drunkenly into a somersault off the stage, flat onto his back on the dance floor. I laughed harder than ever at that.
