People are so undeniably LAZY............
across the way (well across the backlane behind my apartment building) lady leaves out the Safeway shopping cart she took out of the store.

Like, we live a block from a Safeway. You have a CAR, lady or learn to carry your own stuff. :eyes:

Sorry, I'm just cranky today and everything is bugging me. ;) Oh, and the genius can't even put her garbage bags IN the garbage cans. :eyes:

There's one wherever you go, I suppose.

1. I don't know, there are times that I have wanted to "borrow" a cart
I live within walking distance of a grocery store (1/4-1/2 mile). There have been times when I have intended on picking up just a couple light items but then end up picking up more, sometimes including a 24 pack of soda or a gallon of that cheap fruit drink. Around half way home, I really start regretting my decision. By the time that I get home, I can barely open the door.
I am just explaining why someone might do that.
