We ate at Europa and let me tell you the food was FABULOUS!!! I had this awesome seared ahi tuna, vadem had the calimari, swimboy had some delicious looking shrimp thing, the underpants family, well except for Josie underbaby enjoyed some calimari as well.

SCRUBTHESHRUB and I had the same dinner, salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. It was simply spectacular. I was frankly so busy sucking that down, I didn't really see what everyone else had. I know commander bunnypants had a shrimp bisque and a salad and swimboy had some pasta dish with sausage.

After dinner, we adjourned to the downstairs of said restaurant and just continued yakking. It was so great to meet other DUers, and there will be pics, I promise. It is funny, but for me, this was the first time I met any other DUer face to face and I felt so comfortable with everyone!

We are definitely going to do it again, maybe a little further north so our friends in NoVA and MD can come.

It is just so refreshing to sit down and have EVERYONE at your table think that Bush is a complete idiot. Here in the red states, that doesn't happen very often.
