Poll question: What is you cat's tolerance to catnip?
I remember reading that catnip's effects are stronger to young adult cats. Coleman, who is 3, gets seriously hopped up on catnip from time to time. Catnip does nothing for six-year-old Eleanor, however.

3. most of mine
will go freeky for some 'nip. i grow my own y they love the "fresh" stuff.

catnip is of the mint family, and will grow very agressively w/ little trouble. a great "window-box" herb. mine gets leaves as big as my palm and is very fragrant.

whenever i have to take 1 to the vet's, i crumble a leaf in the carrier to ease the journey, y take a sprig along for the resident-cat @ the clinic. the tech's call mine "cat-maui"...

4. Here's a question to ponder:
How many cats would a catnip nip, if a catnip could nip cats?

Of course, he goes nuts over rustling leaves and the DVD screensaver, too. :eyes:

6. Well, of our five
One is a real freak, she knows where it is and when I get the bag she's right there, our youngest likes it, not as much but she's in line for the next toke.
The other three could care less, they may take a hit every now and again, but they're just social users.

8. Most of my cats just drool except for Smoky
He's a mean drunk. He gets cat nip and he starts swiping at people.
