Aimee's not so humble beginnings. I love her, and I enjoy 'til Tuesday's 3 albums.

These days, when she releases music, I'm all over it.

2. What a songwriter! Cyndi Lauper wanted to do "Voices Carry" before

they recorded it, but Aimee Mann had the confidence to turn down the large sum and record it herself. Rank that as a better-than-average career decision.
