1. That'll do it!
The good news is, the longer you go without nicotine, the more the symptoms will subside.

2. Mr. Gray does hypnosis for smokers.
He recommends valerian root for sleeping.

10. Health food stores, large supermarkets
Here's what NIH says: http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Valerian.asp
I've always heard good things about chamomile tea, but have never tried it.

I use it. Knocks me out for 8 hours. No grogginess the next day. Stay away from kava kava unless you talk to an herbalist.

But haven't you noticed how much more energy you have? And how the lustre of your skin has improved?

15. I wouldn't mind trying that.
Though I can fall asleep well enough -- it's just staying asleep that's my problem.

14. Think of it as a good sign.
Your body is detoxifying itself. You are already healthier! Keep up the good work!
Have you ever tried GanoCafe? It's a coffee that contains a mushroom (it sounds strange but it's delicious) called ganoderma and it helps to rid your body of toxins. Look up 'ganoderma' and see what you think. The hot chocolate and the mocha are good too. The products can be bought on line and if you are interested I can tell you what website I order from.
Good luck in your quest for better heatlh!
