Anybody got a good meatloaf recipe?

5. just wing it.......

eggs, cracker crumbs, some grated carrot...maybe some onion soup mix and worchestershire sauce. Plus a little bit of hot mustard.

toss and bake.

6. I use one egg, Ritz crackers (instead of saltines) scallions, and a

teaspoon or two of Worcester sauce. :hi:

8. Onion and bell peppers chopped fine. Flavorful seasoning.

Onion soup mix has a lot of salt. Minced garlic is never a mistake. I use oatmeal, about a half cup or so per pound of ground meat. Also, you can use some lean ground pork to add some extra flavor. Sausage is usually too greasy.

9. I like spinach and cheese in mine

and though I'm sure I'll get flamed for this, I use a packet of Lipton Beefy Onion Soup in the mix. :hi:
