5. The problem:

Me: "I need to update the credit card information on my account."
Sascha: "I certainly can help you with that. Is this a new expiration date or an entirely new card?"
Me: "New card. The other one took a vacation to Mexico."
Sascha: "Oh my goodness. I certainly hope the perpetrator has been or will be incarcerated as soon as possible."

Just the stiltedness of the dialogue was amazing.

In the first portion of the call, she was wonderful and in the second when it really mattered, she fell on her ass.:D


(I am a former skater, and yes, I love her skating and it pisses me off that she can't put two programs together to save her life. She reminds me of Trenary and Kerrigan in that way..)
