First off, Metro Davidson county is blue. Kerry won the county. You may find quite a few people to help you with holding the banner! Make sure you get downtown to second avenue. Wild horse saloon, tootsies and various other places will be a good place to have some fun. (okay, maybe not as fun as talking about bar codes all day) You may also want to go see he country music hall of fame, the Nashville zoo is nice. You could also drive by Frist's house and roll the trees in the front yard! I think Opryland has a water taxi to downtown so a car wouldn't be needed. I hear the general Jackson dinner cruise is fun and there is a large mall within walking distance of the hotel if you are so inclined. There is a Bass Pro shop in there with an archery range and giant fish tank. There is also a gibson guitar store and an entertainment place (forgot the name) that has bowling, pool tables, a bar and video games. Have fun! (BTW- If you go to the Jack Daniels distillery you will be in my neck of the woods.)

broadcasts from the Magnolia Lobby of the Hotel (there are several lobbies) If you go by in the morning between 6-10 AM you'll see my old pal Bill Cody doing his thing live.

9. I live in Nashville. PM me if you want to know of some great places to... |
|
...to go to and party. Nashville - i.e. Davidson County - is a sea of blue, in a state of red. You can't be mayor in this town, unless you are a Dem. Let me know if you want some suggestions...
