Poll question: If you haven't donated yet, why not?
Not trying to stir something up at all, I'm just curious. I have a feeling that it's a lot more likely to be the gas than anybody being POed at DU in any way.

(Full disclosure: I donated twice)

Mods: I don't mind at all if this gets locked, though I can't think of any rule it would be breaking.

PS: Kickass Sticky would be a great band name.

4. Can't spare the cash right now.

I scraped together a little money to get somebody a star a few weeks ago, but as usual the drive started right after I pitched in a few bucks and this quarter I can't afford to donate twice.

Oh well, I can't think what I'd put on a sticky anyhow.

8. Can't afford it at the moment...
I'm taking a trip to Amsterdam in five days (one I've been planning for a couple of months), and I need to hold on to my money (especially with exchange rates being what they are).

15. Oh, I will...
Rijksmuseum is mostly closed for renovation right now, though, unfortunately (the premier pieces in the collection are on display, though). There's still the Van Gogh museum, at least.

10. Changes in my circumstances have me really worrying
about money. But as soon as I've an income, I'll donate again. It's SO worth doing.

For now I'll just have to offer this Wimpy excuse, I'll gladly donate some Tuesday (in August 2010) for a terrific Democratic website today.

13. I might be tempted to, if the board is up for another week
but what's the point of donating today? You'll get what, 4 hours?

F that.

And I've already donated twice, for tracking purposes

18. I'm drinking a lot more since bush is in office
and the price of wine is going up at about the same rate as oil. Someone is going to have to start figuring out a grape alternative. Can they make a good Shiraz out corn??

19. I have donated several times for each year I've been here.
I don't feel it necessary to donate at every drive, especially considering I donate at non-drive times also.
