I've been taking it every now and then when I have problems sleeping for over six years and really haven't had anything weird happen. The worst thing that happened with it is once I woke up after it had really kicked in (like an hour after you take it it's at it's strongest but it goes away quickly as well) and felt kinda dizzy and kinda like you do when you're so tired you don't want to think about anything but sleep, but I just went right back to sleep. It was a Saturday night and I live on a busy city street so I think something woke me up outside or something. So I still take it and it's worked well for me; I've never gotten addicted or anything either.
