Okay, can someone tell me why tonight was so weird?
So I go out.

First thing I notice is a garage sale sign. It took them not one but two paper plates to write "GARAGE SALE. JUST AHED." (and that is no typo either!)

I then go by my old neighborhood for one last look. Down the highway is a casket manufacturing company; whose billboard reads "DRIVE SAFELY, WE CAN WAIT". That's always been there. Unfortunately, the xmas tree, santa claus, and 8 drunk reindeer are still up there as well! And you think you got pissed off at your indolent neighbors for keeping up sappy holiday nights well past the season? Corpse container companies are now just as indolent. (maybe it costs too much money to take 'em down...)

At the bar, I actually got hit on. By a bloke who was twice my age! :scared: For some reason, I find that more distressing than, after sitting on a bar stool for 10 minutes, losing all the feeling in my right leg and foot. x(

Of course, I did see another guy checking me out. I liked him too - but felt anxious and scared. Despite being consciously aware, I was unable to overcome the hurdle. (But I think I'm getting better. But time is a luxury I don't have; it's possible the new antidepressent is dicking with my ticker - or else something is really wrong as after I exercised for 5 minutes this AM, I felt my heart flutter. That's never happened before. I do hate being organic...)

And, my alter ego, Mickey Smith, got a decent send-off on tonight's "Doctor Who" episode. Maybe I'll be so lucky.
