Ex-Little Leaguer Almonte marries 30-year-old
Former Little League pitcher Danny Almonte has grown up.

Almonte, who gained notoriety for his performances in the Little League World Series with his Bronx squad only to have his team's record invalidated because he was two years over maximum age limit, is now a 19-year-old pitching prospect likely to be selected in June's baseball draft.

But that's not all. He's now a married man to an older woman.

Almonte married Rosy Perdomo, a Manhattan hair stylist, in a City Hall ceremony last fall, the New York Daily News reported.
