Not too long ago there was a story on Shania Twain in TV Guide, which mentioned that she lives in a Swiss chateau with her European producer/husband. She talked about how she felt much safer raising her kid there ... The following issue had some angry freeper-type letters to the editor expressing disgust that Shania felt America wasn't a good enough place to live ...

I say this as I'm trying desperately to get hubby to agree to move out of the country ... thinking maybe Canada, Ireland or Italy ... ;-)

I agree with Shania 100% ... I don't think this is a safe country for my children ... 'specially since shrubby and co. have made us even more of an international target. Add to that the severe regression we seem to be facing with regards to taking care of our people.
