Boise, Idaho area recommendations?

I need a good thrift store that might have some furniture (like a decent couch) or maybe a reputable furniture rental place; and

a good manicure/pedicure salon that might be comfortable for a slightly disabled 70+ year old woman to go to (meaning, no loud music or awkward seating).

Can anyone help me? :shrug:
