Ever hated a subject but loved the teacher? |
|
I hate math, but love my teacher. He's my one of my friends dad, and he's very nice. It's just sad to see people take advantage of it, so he has a reputation of being a mean old coot.
But he's cool enough to laugh at it. :D

1. My Algebra I teacher my freshman year of high school |

I stunk in math but she is such a cool lady that I couldn't help but be excited to go to her class every day...I got C in the class (my only C final grade...well ever) but I don't hold it against her...lol. She lives not too far from me and I'll still see her from time to time at the store and she still seems genuinely happy to see me so I must not have been too much of a pain in her ass!

2. Well, I didn't hate the subject, but I was afraid of it |
|
I placed into honors English in college and was scared to take it b/c I knew it would be harder to get an A in it than in the regular class (ok, I may be considered an overachiever sometimes). Anyway, I LOVED the teacher - she was so inspiring and taught me so much but I worked my butt off to do well (I can't remember my grade but I'll bet it was a B).
Same thing happened with statistics in college - I was scared but really liked the teacher and learned a great deal. Got the highest score in the class! :woohoo:
