HA!! Made you look! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

But now that you're here, share you own vision of the musical performance from Hell. It could be Laibach performing Minnie Rippington's Loving You. Or Michael Buble singing something by GG Allin. Or maybe even Creed performing something by - Creed.

7. Perhaps, but your simple ruse has cause me heartache
I may never recover from the disappointment of not seeing Fred Schneider covering Slayer.

:P

My addition to the list would be John Denver doing Anarchy in the UK.

16. My band used to spin that CD at breaks
right before we'd go back on...usually "Crazy Train". It's so bad it's uproariously funny!

Another "set-opener" was "Dirty Deeds Done With Sheep" (sendup of Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap) or Let's Talk Dirty To The Animals...LOLOL

I just rejoined this band after almost 2 years away from it (keys/gee-tar)...fun to be back gigging, and the guys are Dems. :)

21. Actually, in '96 I saw Sisters of Mercy do "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around"
by Tom Petty/Stevie Nicks. It was really cool.

More strange covers that have actually happened:

Radiohead did Carly Simon's "Nobody Does it Better" live. Blew my head off. Damn.

When Poster Children played a basement show at Southern Illinois University in '90, they covered "Free to Be You and Me."

The emo-ish band I was in back in college covered Neil Diamond's "Forever in Blue Jeans." We also put the lyrics of AC/DC's "Highway to Hell" to the tune of "King of the Road."
