Gave up my nightly martini eight weeks ago.

1. But 3 quarts of vodka only has 96*70= 6720 calories.
Which means that you should only have lost about 2 lbs based on each ounce of Vodka having 70 calories

3. Daily workouts and low fat and carb diet has also helped.
