OK, is the placement of these ads ticking anyone else off?

I don't really care that they're there, but when they split up the threads into a bunch of pieces (like title bar, ads, OP or post being viewed, ads, rest of the thread), I think it looks tacky and annoying. Do you think we could get the ads moved (say, all to the top or the bottom of the page)? :shrug:

I love those newspaper ads disguised as legitimate articles. Most of the time they get the font wrong (plus the "ADVERTISEMENT" at the top margin is kind of a giveaway).

I don't mind the ads, but when a line of them appears between an OP and the responses, it's annoying. They should either be at the top of the page or the bottom (or even one side), but not breaking up threads. My two cents.
