My daughter and son-in-law are now the proud parents of a bouncing baby boy! He was born yesterday morning... mommy and baby are healthy and happy! :toast: :bounce: :toast:
I was there throughout, even tho they just wanted the two of them at delivery, but the baby was breech and it was too late to have him any way but natural, so I helped out. What an awesome experience. Of course, I had both my children naturally, so know about childbirth, but it's totally different when you're at a loved one's side, helping her.
I do have pics but this computer doesn't have memory stick slots, so that will have to wait until I get back home next week. That said, he is a cutie. :proud gramma talk:

It's such a great feeling, I'm on top of the world right now.
She tried to out-do me tho...with my first, I lived an hour away from the hospital and was there for 50 minutes before my son was born. She lives a half hour away and was only there for an hour and 20 minutes.
But she did do one better than me: The baby was breech and she pushed him right on out. :applause:
